What is an Energy Performance Certificate ?

How often will I need an Energy Certificate?
Energy Certificates are valid for 10 years, regardless of whether the building is resold, released or re-let within this time period.
How much will an an Energy Certificate cost?
The cost of the Energy Certificate will depend on the complexity and size of the individual building being inspected. Reduction on individual fees will be considered for large groupings or portfolios of property.
